1. From the app (fastest)
- Open Coexa and sign in.
- Go to Settings.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
Your account is closed straight away: you are signed out on every device and nobody can sign in to it again.
2. Without the app
If you no longer have the app, email info@tecnoglare.com with the subject “Delete my Coexa account”, from the email address you sign in with. We confirm the request with that address before acting on it, so nobody else can close your account.
3. What is deleted, and when

| Your profile, sign-in addresses, connected mailboxes and Gmail access | Closed immediately; deleted within 30 days. |
| Contacts you captured, notes, voice notes, card images, messages and follow-up plans in your personal workspace | Deleted within 30 days of the request. |
| Contacts you captured in a company workspace | These belong to the company. They stay with the company so its team can carry on; ask your company admin if you want them removed. |
| Purchase and invoice records (credit packs bought, tax records) | Kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires (up to 8 years in India), then deleted. |
| Backups | Overwritten in the normal backup cycle, within 30 days. |
Changed your mind? Email us within the 30 days and we can usually restore the account. If you want everything deleted straight away, say so in your request.
